Our mission at Corsair Property Solutions is to build what our customers want, with quality, and predictability. We like to “play by the rules” in the construction business and hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards. By doing that, we earn the trust of each of our customers.
Russ & Monica Williston started in the construction business in Minnesota over 20 years ago. Their focus at that time was new home construction utilizing unconventional and innovative energy-efficient materials such as Insulated Concrete Forms, Timber Frame, and Structural Insulated Panels.
Since 2017, the company has been focusing on renovations, both interior and exterior. We very much enjoy helping to improve the future of the communities in which we live by breathing new life into the old and rundown. Oh, and there might be some hurricane-proof “resilient construction” new residential builds in their future.
Russ served in the US Navy for six years. He has degrees in both mechanical and structural engineering and earned the Project Management Professional certification. He currently holds Florida licenses as Certified General Contractor, Registered Professional Engineer, and Real Estate Sales Associate.
